how do i cnange a form in word to internet explore

i have downloaded a form from a web site in word form i belive i needed to
change this into internet explorer who do i change it
 
Not really sure what you are asking. Your post is not real clear,

BUT, this is an Access newsgroup. Access is a database application that is
part of MS Office Professional.

I'd suggest you repost to a Word or Internet Explorer newsgroup. You might
want to be a bit more clear when you post. What exactly did you download?
What do you wish to accomplish with it? Etc.
