outgoing mail doesn't work most of the time and i cant see answers

this forum looks like big bs. they claim that i don't need to cnange any
settings or downloads to be able to chat here. all i can do is post my
questions but can't see the answers or even my own question.
i got already 2 notification emails with links that direct me nowhere.
please if someone can help me in my trouble, first how to see answers in
this forum and second how to fix my outgoing mail, send me directions out of
this puzzle to my e mail (e-mail address removed)
