outgoing mail - sometimes works but most of the time it doesn't.

without changing my location, servers or anything my outgoing mail most of
the time doesn't work. but by clicking send/receive button 20-30 times it
finally goes.
error report looks like this:

never heard such problem before. anybody can help me?

scanners, are you using an AV application?
