How do I clear an email if the MAPI spooler has already started?

I tried to send an email in outlook with a very large attachment. The email
wont send and it wont let me delete it from my outbox because the "MAPI has
started spooling". Does anybody know how to clear out this email?
 
Place Outlook in Offline mode and restart Outlook
File-> Work Offline
