How do I stop/delete an email that has already started spooling?

I tried to send an email that exceeded the limit. It has now started spooling
and it won't allow me to delete it or stop it.
If anyone knows how I can get rid of it out of my outbox I would be grateful!

Before going to all that trouble, try File, Work offline, close and restart
Outlook and delete the file. Uncheck Work offline and restart again.

All what trouble? If you're referring to Neo's post, clearly you didn't
read the web page he cited.
