How can I stop automatic mail load when opening Outlook

I whant that Outlook doesn't load automaticly my e-mails when I openin it,
but I can't find where I can shoutdown that.

My Outlook is Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 SP2
 
Modify your shortcut by adding the /nopollmail switch to it.
