Outlook 2007 Auto Saving e-mail addresses

I keep having this problem with Outlook 2007 automatically saving my e-mail address to my contacts when I reply to a e-mail. I don't see an option on how to stop this in Outlook 2007. I can't find anything about stopping it only adding it. Any ideas?

What do you mean by "saving my e-mail address to my contacts"? Are you
saying that a contact record gets created in your Contacts folder and that
record contains your address?
