Import a single e-mail into Outlook 2007 Inbox

nikcQuestion

I rescued some e-mails from a dying computer. These e-mails were saved
individually as .eml files. I need to add them to the Inbox of the new
computer which is running the Office Standard 2007 Suite (Includes Word 2007,
Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, and Outlook 2007). I have tried importing these
files via the File>Import route & the files are not recognized by Outlook.
The files are located on the Desktop in a folder called Transfer.

What are my options?

Can you drag the .eml file into a folder in Outlook?
