- First How much space left on your Disk and how much RAM you have, less
than 512 with a hungry application will slow down your system.
- Do you clean up the Junk regularly from your Hard drive, by Opening your
My Computer and Right click your partition (C:\) then select properties and
on general Tab click on Disk CleanUp Button.
- Do you Defrag your system every 2 weeks or So?.
- Is there are any application reside without being used at all or a free
trail that expired but left hogging the System needed to be uninstalled.
- Do you follow common sense in scanning for malwares and Viruses and keep
things tidy.
- Do you back Up your Data to removable Storage for emergency recovery if
any thing gone wrong.
- If you have One Drive and One partition you can Buy another one and Hook
it as a slave and use it for back up and installing applications and ease the
usage of the Main/Primary Partition space left for the system and updates.
