Assuming that the CD was created to be compatible with Windows OS computers
and that the picture files are in jpg format, you should be able to stick
the CD into the CD reader on your computer and then right click on them to
choose an application to open them.
If you know they are jpg files, but for some reason they don't have .jpg
extension, you can copy them to your drive and rename them with the
extension or you can try opening them with a browser.
