How can I add Version Control Table to footer on powerpoint slide

Need to add version control to a power point slide however the table wont go
add into the footer it seems to be one or the other I tried pasting into the
footer and ended up with text in a virtical time rather than the 4X2 table
that I needed.
I can do it with just the table but footers will save me having to repeat
the process on each slide.

Hi

Just add the table to the Master - it doesn't have to be in the footer.
View -> Master -> Slide Master (or similar - it depends on your version).
