How can disable automatically creation of DBX Folder ?

At statup Outlook Express create automatically DBX file if not found. I
don't want this behaviour.
Is possible to change the configuration so Outlook don't create
automatically dbx file if not present ?

OE stores messages in dbx-files so if you want to work with OE these folders
are required.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
