Hotmail Popper

I use Outlook to check my hotmail-plus account, I do not get notifications
when I receive new e-mail, visual or audio. I did some research and found
this is because hotmail is recognized as a HTTP account.

I read about the download Hotmail Popper that will allow me to send my
hotmail through Outlook as a POP3 account and therefore activate my
notifications. Is this download safe? Is it easy to set-up? Any advice
would be appreciated....

Also, when I go to my sent e-mail folder all my messages say they are from
me until I view them. Is there anyway to correct that?

Yes.

Decide for yourself: http://www.boolean.ca/hotpop/

But they are from you, by definition. What's to correct? If you want them
to show the recipient address, choose the "Sent To" view.
