hotmail account

since they upgraded hotmail account from 2Mb to 250Mb, I can't open any email
at all. I've reinstalled Windows Xp and still can't open any email from
hotmail or msn. But internet seems to working fine, and I'm using another
email adress with yahoo and it's working fine. Could it be my PC????

Dear Eric,

I suggest you to contact the staff of hotmail to solve this issue. There is
nothing wrong with you computer!
