You don't mean 'hotkeys' at all do you? A hotkey is a key - or sequence of
keys - you press to perform a function - either in Windows or in an
application. For example, in most Microsoft applications CTRL+P will print
the current document, CTRL+S saves the current document and F1 brings up
Help. On my keyboard I have 'dual action' function keys that perform basic
functions in Office applications (save, copy, cut, paste, print, etc).
What you mean (and correct me if I'm wrong) is 'hotfix'. You would be well
advised to leave them alone as they are downloads from Windows Update.
Remove them and you remove the corresponding patch.
