Shell WinKey+* Hotkeys do not work any longer

Hello!

The special EXPLORER.exe - Shell Hotkeys, such as Winkey+R, Winkey+D to
show Desktop, Winkey+M, Winkey+Pause, Winkey+E, ..., do not work any
longer on my computer :(

Other System-Hotkeys, such as Winkey+L, Winkey+U, Ctrl+Esc, ..., work
as expected.

Has anyone an Idea how I can restore the explorer shell hotkeys?
It seems that no other process is running that could have caught these
hotkeys using RegisterHotkey WinAPI call.

Are there Registry entries to enable/disable these hotkeys. A "bad boy"
may have set them!?
Or are there any libraries that I should re-register using
regsvr32.exe?

I'm looking forward to any suggestions from you! Thanks, Joe.

I have found the solution and it was indeed a policy registry key:

Just in case anybody else has the same problem, I had to remove the
Value
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoWinKeys.
Logoff and Logon and the hotkeys were back again :)
