Home Network Connection Speed

I have a Win XP connected to Win ME, everything works, but although I have a
Netgear Hub and cards for a 100 speed connection I am only getting a 10
speed. Is there anything I can do to speed things up?
 
Most hubs only support 10mbps half-duplex connections. Have you checked
yours to see if this is what it supports?
