Hiding notes in Outlook

Guest

Our Executive Director wants to schedule a meeting and he wants to enter
meeting notes but does not want anybody else to see those notes. If he makes
the appointment private then everybody can not see what the appointment is,
he
does want everyone to see the appointment but just doesn't want anyone to
have access to his notes. Any suggestions on how to do this. We use Outlook
2003 and Exchange 2003. If it can't be done with Exchange 2003 can it be
done in Exchange 2007?

Have him make the meeting, send the invites, and then enter the information on his calendar copy and not send updates. Or have him make a Word document and insert it into his appointment and not send updates.

And be very very careful changing the meeting and sending updates as all
their notes will get sent!!!! Ooopps. I have seen that done many times.
