Hiding Inactive Icons

S

Steve Smith

Good Morning,

I have tried hiding inactive icons, on a user's profile,
but it does not work and all the settings are there. I have
also done all the settings under the administrator
profile, but no joy. Can anybody help?

Thanks

Hi, Steve.

Right click the taskbar. Select Properties/Customize. Against each icon you
can click "Hide when inactive" or "Always hide". If you want the icons
hidden immediately after use, choose Always hide.

It is not immediately apparent, but you click on the choice to obtain the
scroll menu.

Hope this helps,

Ed
