I had a disaster today. Visited a web site and got hit with hijack of my
ie6. I'm running XP Pro and also had the new beta MS Antispyware going but
no help.

I ended up reinstalling XP when I tried a repair.

Now I have a warning message that my HiSpeed USB Host Controller is not
present and my USB 2 hardware is running at 1.1 speeds.

What do I do to get my hi speed USB controller back?

Thanks,

Dennis

Hi Dennis,

You need at least Service Pack 1 for USB 2.0 to work properly.

I've got SP 2 installed and still get the "error" message.

Can I find that somewhere?
