Establishing USB 2.0 Speed from 1.1

I had to reload XP Pro, instill all the updates including SP2 and my USB
ports are running at low speed.

Microsoft help search says the SPs automatically install USB 2 drivers. Are
the drivers available manually to install?

The USB 2.0 drivers are automatically installed during SP2
installation. You may need to clear aout all the USB controllers, root
hubs and ports in order for XP to "reset" the drivers at the next
start-up (after a reboot.)
 
It fixed itself.

Sometime, after multiple reboots, the low speed message went away.
