I am really getting frustrated. I have several problems.
My connection speed is slow. I can not get into lots of
sites, and I am on XP and I think I have lost all the good
cookies......heck I dont know.......please someone help!

Your internet security settings may be too high.
Run a PC check here to check for problems.

or go to tools/internet settings/security in ie.

If you lost some cookies, they will be recreated when you
visit the specific sites. The only bad thing is that you
have to re-enter all your personal settings like passwords
and zip codes etc...
