helpctr.exe file missing - solution

Thank you all for your help. I have found a way to restore Help & Support
complete.
Just download all the PCHealth files that you need from a friends PC that
has the same OP as yours. Make sure that you obtain the helpctr.exe files
from C:WINDOWS/Inf. Easy way to copy is use a USB Pen with at least 32MB Mem.
Then go to C:WINDOWS Inf and right click the PChealth.inf file and click
install.
Follow the instructions and find the missing files it needs by using search
in start menu. It took me 30 mins to replace all the required files, all now
works ok.
