helpctr.exe file missing

I deleted the PCHealth programme by mistake (thought it was one of those free
progs). Now I have no files to reload the Help and Support Centre.

I cannot obtain the helpctre.exe file. I have tried a reinstall from in Inf
PcHealth file but too many files are missing. Any one now of a download to
solve this. I have not found the files I need on the XP/SP2 disks. Cheers

Two things to try:

1. Do a System Restore to before you made the mistake. If that doesn't
work;

2. Run the System File Checker:
Start>Run sfc /scannow [enter]
