Help files

I have just ugraded from 98se to XP. When I try to use
the "Help and Support" function, it says the "Helpctr.exe"
is missing. I can find the file in the PCHealth directory
but it won't work even when opened from windows eplorer.
Anybody have an idea of what's up?
