I just formatted my computer, and My computer is running very awkward. When I
click and drag a window I see shadows of it. And when I scroll down on any
thing thats open with the mouse, it goes very slow and shaky...Can anyone
help me?

Sounds like you need to acquire the right drivers for your video card.
