ok i dont know if anyone can help me with this but ok when i put my password
into a website it asked do i wish to let microsoft remember this password and
i clicked yes!! Is there anyway to make my password not be remembered?

yes I think all you should do is change your password it should prompt you
again asking you if you wish microsoft to remember it

If you're using internet explorer, go to Tools/Internet
Options/Content/AutoComplete and uncheck remember passwords.
