Help!

Hi,

When I am attempting to start a setup for a program on my Win 2K
Advanced Server, I get the Severe Error - Setup is locked, exiting.

I am at wits end on how to proceed. I have restarted the box, cleaned
out the temp directory and am unable to proceed.

Anyone have any ideas?
