Help me to return back my disk scaned for media RealOneplayer. Actualy I
canot use Internet explorer and Windows Explorer to explore my disk.-------------------
Does this happen in Safe Mode?
Yes -> Corruption is likely. Run SFC /SCANNOW from the cmd prompt
No -> Probably something third-party that is loading and interfering.
Generally these are either browser extensions or file extensions
To disable browser extensions:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Clear the checkbox for "Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) found in Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
If this works, then you can proceed to delete the one(s) causing the
problem:
- Run Regedit
- Entries for browser extensions will be found in the below key.
Export and delete the suspect ones.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Extensions
To work with shell extensions:
