Help: XP Home Version RE-boot Loop

Is there anyone who can help me:

Have Windows Home Edition

Installed SP1, got the reboot screen, after
I re-booted the pc. It starts, gets the initial ms screen,
then re-boots again. It stays in a loop. The same happens
in Safe Mode.

Any suggestions?
