help won't open

I am running vista business. When I try to access the help and support I get
a message it can't open the site.
 
Installed Dreamweaver, per chance? If so, see the following TechNote from Adobe:

Vista help system stops working when Dreamweaver is the default XML editor:

Another option:

Open an elevated Command Prompt window, and run the following command:

regsvr32 msxml3.dll

Press ENTER.

Note: To open an elevated Command Prompt window, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
