help and support

Hi

when I try the help and support I get the windows Help and support window
up - but also a error message:

Internet Explorer can't collect from / help

Internet Explorer can't open this website. the site aren't available or
can't be found - please try agin later.


also the problems solution I get a page that the page can't be displayed ?

I'm running the Ultimate...retail version...

what's wrong ...? (I'm about to loose my patience with Vista - to many
"problems")

For curiosity sake, is your date set correctly on your PC ?

It's showing as being posted 1/30/2007.

Vista doesn't like having the incorrect date in the system !

Just asking ?

Correction. It was showing 1/30/2007 until I posted
my first reply. Now it's 1/28/2007 !?

I too am getting the same errors when trying to access Help. I have no
solution and am patiently awaiting for someone to guide me here.

Genuinely concerned regarding the conflicts that you have experienced.

Will you consider viewing a Post entered 01/28/2007, at Windows Vista
General Discussion; Subject: "Windows Update" within that Thread is a Post
from Sudheer GN [MSFT] offering his email for tech assistance. In my view,
soon Sudheer will become bombarded for request and possibly discontinue email
Tech Support.

Also, positive if your issue is not within Sudheer's expertise, he will
direct you to the better MSFT source for resolutions.
