Help and Support doesn't work??

I have a really weird problem with vista, when click on Help and support
(never tried it before) brings up an internet explorer error which funny
actually because I can't if search for a help.
error::
Internet explorer cannot download / from help
click ok and windows help and support is blank.

I was wondering if any1 else is having this problem and knows a solution.

Hi Ramesh,

The fix does not work for me. Perhaps my problem is slightly different. I
can pull up H&S OK and navigate through it but as soon as I attempt to link
away from H&S then it crashes - message is H&S has stopped working - or some
such.

I have just tried to use Problem Reports and Solutions and exactly the same
thing has happened. This is not disabling but it is annoying.

Yes. Yours is a different problem. Feel free start a new thread (for more exposure).

Have you check the event logs?

Ramesh,

I went back to H&S and used this to open Event Viewer (is this what you
mean't?). This of course caused H&S to crash but launched me into Event
Viewer and Yes there was an event there at the correct time. But it's all
gobbeltygook to me. What next?

Right-click on that event, and choose "Copy" - "Copy Details as Text"
