When I go into Windows Explorer and go to Tools/Folder Options/File Types I
get an error message and the machine locks up. The error log indicates the
application is explorer.exe and the module is mscorwks.dll with a fault
address. I Googled the dll and found that this dll is somewhat of a problem
child and offered a free download of the dll. I downloaded the dll and put
it in the windows/system folder. It did not fix the problem. I also
discovered that I get the same error when I attempt to do a search on my
system. Any help will be appreciated.
