Explorer crashes when deleting files

Hi,

Windows Explorer crashes when I try to delete a file or a folder, or try to
see a file property (right-hand mouse button).
Below is some information about the error.
I'm using XP PRO SP3

AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2900.5512
ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512
Offset: 0000cffd

Any help?

This can happen with Norton, etc installed. Use as a checkpoint while
troubleshooting.
