Windows Explorer crashes when I try to view a file property

Windows Explorer works fine if I view the drives properties.
But it crashes if I try to view a file property or try to delete a file or a
folder.

I already run "sfc /scannow" and reinstalled Windows XP SP3 but the problem
remains.
Below is the information given by the system about the error as well the
processes running when the problem occurs.

Any help?
Thanks,

DC

Actually I have only AVG antivirus running; this option is disabled in
Norton. Could this causing of the problem?

I appreciate any help.
