The problem with today's society is, we all want a quick fix, immediate
answers, it's about a learning curve, we just don't start at the top. what
about the people and relating. Just a quicky, then off to another problem,
LOL I prefer the long slow learn myself.

Tip: If you have a mouse with a wheel you can quickly and easily increase
and decrease the size of your fonts in your browser by holding down the Ctrl
key, and while continuing to hold down the key, move the mouse wheel up or
down

This will change most of them. Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this
key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes

In the right pane, change the Font Name for: MS Shell Dlg and MS Shell Dlg
2. Close regedit.

Then right click the Desktop/Properties/Appearance/Advanced/
Icon and set the same Font Name there. Ok your way out, then reboot.

Please reply directly to the person you are answering and not to yourself.
That way it does not look like you are talking to yourself. If you are
talking about the appearance of IE8 and not your desktop then try my FixIE
Tool as it will reset IE back to the default settings. Download it here
http://www.ms-mvp.org/

This is not the MVP site despite its fake logos.

The correct MVP site is http://www.mvps.org/.
