Help with Recurrent appointments

I created Custom Meeting Request form in Personal library at first, and then
published it in Organizational Forms library.
After I assosiated the custom form with my calendar, everything works fine
with the form but when I try to open any old or new Recurring appointments or
meeting requests, I get an error: "Can't open this item. The object could not
be found".
Even when I reset my Calendar back to the default Appointment form, I still
have the same problem.
I have Outlook 2003 on my computer, but if I open Outlook 2000 on another
one with my custom form, everything fine even with the recurrent appointments
or meeting requests.
I've already deleted the custom form from my Personal library and cleaned
cache.
What else should I do?

I still hope to get help with my problem from this forum.
I just want to add one more observation. If I change Calendar View to
Recurring or Active Appointments, everything is fine, I can open any of them,
but in any other view Day/Week/Month, I keep getting this "Can't opent this
item." error when I try to open Recurring Appointments even after I reset
Calendar folder to use default IPM.Appointment form.
I've alredy updated my Office XP with SP2, but it did not help.

It looks like I'm talking to myself as nobody gave me any suggestions. But I
just wanted to share the fact that I finally resolved the issue. It was as
in most cases "forms cache" problem. As soon as I renamed Frmcache.dat file,
Outlook recreated a new one, and the problems with the form ended.

If you don't run your Exchange account in cached mode, these problems rarely
happen.
