Help with Newsgroups

I've just signed on to Newsgroups forum, but I can't move to any page beyond

Use Outlook Express or some other newsreader if at all possible. In OE, use the Tools-Accounts menu to Add a News account for server name msnews.microsoft.com.

NOTE: Do Not User Your Real Email Address as the Reply Address.

Then add the groups you want to monitor. The name of this group is microsoft.public.windowsxp.general.

I'm not sure what you mean since you are apparently using OE as a
newsreader and not the web interface. Here are some links to help you
