Help with Default Domain Policy !!!!

Hi,
I have a strange phenomenon in my DC.
I have one DC of 2000 server in 2000 domain.
The default Domain Policy should be 31B2F340-016D-11D2-
945F-00C04FB984F9. BUT I have a different Uniq ID !!!

Another Strange phenomenon is, that the The default Domain
Policy 31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9 has no object
in Active Directory !!! Maybe he was deleted.
How Can I restore it without restoring it from backup ?
