Hey!
I running Windows server 2003 SBS and get this message:
Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO CN=
{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-
00C04FB984F9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=dyslexi,DC=mine,DC=
nu. The file must be present at the location
<\\dyslexi.mine.nu\sysvol\dyslexi.mine.nu\Policies\{31B2F3
40-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\gpt.ini>. (Configuration
information could not be read from the domain controller,
either because the machine is unavailable, or access has
been denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

Have you checked that the file exists? And that the computer/user that is
getting the policy has access to the file?

Try opening the folder containing the file (using the path as specified in
the message) in Windows Explorer. If you can't access it, check the
permissions on the GPO, etc.

I recommend you do the following:

In MMC check the permissions on the GPO (Group Policy Object) and make sure
the users that should get the policy have access to it.

Then go to the \\domain\sysvol\domain\policies\{guidofgp} folder and open
properties, security, advanced "reset permissions on child objects" and
click ok and see if that helps.
