Help with Backup Jobs - XP Pro

1) How can I delete a backup job? When I open Backup I see two jobs when I
drop down the file menu, but can't figure out for the life of me how to
delete them besides just deleting the .bks files which doesn't seem like the
correct way.

2) I have a scheduled job that backs up one main folder that has various
other folders and files in it. Any idea why it only backs up folders but not
files? When I run the same job manually by clicking the "start backup"
button then it will backup files.

3) This is my first interaction with MS Backup (i.e. Ntbackup), but I have
heard from coworkers and friends that it is terrible and many times just flat
out doesn't work. Should I being using another utility? I don't need bells
and whistles, I just backup one folder to a network share.

Yes, that will stop it from running, but the job name will still appear in
the list when you drop down the file menu item. After creating the first job
and it didn't work, I removed it from the schedule and created a new one
identical to the first one but with a different name. Now, I see both .bks
files towards the bottom of the file menu item.
