delete jobs from bkf file

I regularly perform backups on my computer. I store them in files named
monday.bkf, tuesday.bkf, etc. Inside those files, are appended backup jobs.
How can I delete individual jobs from within those files? For instance in
the monday.bkf file, are backup jobs with the following dates:

6/20/05
6/13/05
6/06/05

Is there a way to remove the job performed on 6/13/05 from the monday.bkf
file? If so, how?

There are files and there are folders. Files are within folders. Navigate
to the folder where you backed it up and see if you created files. Rightclick
the specific one and click Delete. Always create Folders, then you can insert
all the files within it for simple deletion. Use Windows Explorer.
