HELP! When I open Word it has item I pasted to it there PERMANANTLY!?!

Wow, what is going on? I tried to save time and effort with a simple cut and paste. I found a yellow pages listing and rightl clicked it, then selected "copy". I then went to my XP Professional desktop icon on my brand new Dell computer and selected "start", then selected "programs" and then selected "word 2003" and it opened up right away.... then simply without pressing any other buttons where the flashing cursor icon was at the top right position of the brand new document I simply pasted the 2 line address. At that point I was happy I had a copy I could simply send to the printer and have the address availiable all the time for future use.

Well, now it turns out that every time I open a Word document it has the listing at the top of the document! I have tried several things to get my computer to work regular again - that is, to open to a BLANK document. If I click the page icon at the top left of the tool bar it pops up at 3 seconds as "opening new webpage" rather than document, would that have something to do with whatever changes I may have inadvertantly made? I have never had this problem before. My boyfriend says that if I had simply chosen to hit return a few times before I pasted the info to the top of the new document it would not have this problem. Well, I have tried all I know on how to fix this and erase this information - as follows

Reinstalled Office 2000
Restore Point of computer to yesterday morning at 1:00 AM (I made the copy of the address document at 7:30PM 4/21/04
Checked every tool bar combination I could think of - customize, "reset data", properties list it as a "TITLE" and that may give some idea as to the solution. I can send you a copy of the document so that you could perhaps look at the unseen make-up of the properties as this is out of my league of wonderful windows :). I have gone so far as to search through the MACRO (pull out menu to) - Microsoft Script Editor in Microsoft Office Word 2003 Version 11.5064.5606. Interestingly I noticed that the text "Adult Expo" is listed ... this is the number I tried to cut and paste to the document originally and now its on every document that I open even though I uninstalled and reinstalled word with word 2000 and then back to 2003 and did 2 system restores, first one to yesterday morning and the next back to Monday... STILL it won't open without now stating the copied text!?! "Adult Expo" (first line), 1741 Lomita Boulevard Suite E, Lomita, CA 90717 (second line), (310) 539-6055 (third line) and also interestingly there is an UNDERSCORE under the left side "(" as if the BOTTOM of whatever "field" or "text body" it is

PLEASE HELP ME!!! My computer now only opens Word and new word documents like this!? I can't understand what I did! :( Someone knows this answer... and I am hoping you all can help me out :) :) :) ! Thank you so much for your help everyone! If you have any questions or would like to have me send you a "blank" document - one that OPENS EVERYTIME AS "Adult Expo" in bold on the top of the document. I can highlight and delete it and print and its not there but printing labels prints the "Adult Expo" first, then the printer goes all the way to the second page and prints the labels for my address in the pattern for my stickers. Strange??? I think so too. :) HELP ME PLEASE!!

I will paste here what the Script Editor shows
