Formatting Lost Pasting From Word 2003 To FrontPage

This issue seems to be intermittent.

I often have been having problems copying and pasting from Word 200
into FrontPage 2000. The text pastes as expected but the formattin
changes in the Front Page document. When I paste from Word to Wordpad
no problem. When I paste from Word to another Word document n
problem.

Example: A paragraph formatted Arial, bold, italic, 14pt in Wor
appears to be Times New Roman, Not bold, Not italic in FP.

Interestingly, pasting into Open Office gives me the same result o
formatting being lost.

How can I find out what is going on and fix this issue?

As a follow-up, when I start Word in safe mode, and I copy fro
Document 1, the copy and paste works properly when pasting into FP
However, when I open a previously created Word document and copy an
paste into FP, I have the same paste problem noted in the first pos
above.
