ActiveX warning message when adding signature

I have just created an outlook signature with Word, which is pretty simple,
just text using the Lucida Sans font and saved in external html file and set
it to be added automatically to new messages. Each time I start creating a
new message I get a warning about ActiveX control and I see a transparent
(empty) square just above the signature. How can I find the reason / remedy
for that? And why this happens on a normal text???

This is caused because word sucks as an HTML editor.

Go into your signature, advanced edit. Prior to saving go to
tools->options->save and uncheck the box for "embed smart tags"

Save the html signature and try again =).

"Go into your signature, advanced edit. Prior to saving go to
tools->options->save and uncheck the box for "embed smart tags"
