Font color on received messages

QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS
Message: The following email was received; the sender's text was virtually
invisible. I am including the entire HTML source for your analysis. I have
spent quite a bit of time trying to find out how to set a default font color
for received emails with no success. Here is the email:

You cannot force a color on received HTML messages. A Workaround is to set
Outlook to read all mail in Plain Text and set your default Plain Text font
color.
