Help & Support not working

Just did a clean install of WinXP Pro. Everything works
fine except when I click on Help and Support. What
happens then is thatI get an hourglass, a MPCxx.tmp file
is created in the Temp directory and then immediately
deleted. The xx stand for how many times I tried to use
the Help.
Any ideas as to what is wrong?
