HELP!! Server won't boot

Greets all

I have a Windows 2000 server, platform is a NetServer E60.
It is a stand alone 2000 server in a 2003 AD. I rebooted
it (no changes to O/S), and it will not come back up. It
sits on the start-up splash screen, looking like it's
trying, then the monitor starts blinking on and off. I am
trying to get it to start up in safe mode, but no luck.
Any ideas? I am desperate!
