HELP question RE: attaching files/uploading

ok so no one can seem to help me. ive been having
trouble with my internet for 3 months now. i called my
ISP and they cant help me they said to call microsoft
cause its a problem related to them. I cant attach files
on my computer. ive tried everything. we cant upload or
attach files in any program. they said it might be
something on our comp. not allowing us to attah files
like an option. Microsoft couldnt help us because they
said multiple people share this version.

is anyone having the same problem? anyone know how to fix
it?

How do you mean "you can't attach files". How are you trying to do this
(and in what email client), and what EXACTLY happens when you do?
